Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM will be processed the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
All shipments are made using insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure the integrity of our frozen products during transit.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 5-10 business days. Please check our website for a list of eligible countries.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers such as UPS and FedEx for our frozen food deliveries. These carriers are equipped to handle perishable items and ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to express shipping options.
Special Handling
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that someone can promptly transfer the products to a freezer upon arrival.
